Workshop covered key steps in turning innovations into market-ready products. Participants learned about commercial viability, applying Design Thinking method, for solution development and concrete action plan. The session covered funding options like EU funds, private investors, and crowdfunding.

This presentation explored common pitfalls in project management and how to avoid them. I have covered key areas such as poor planning, ineffective communication, scope creep, and risk management failures. Through real-world examples and best practices, attendees learned how to set clear objectives, improve team coordination, and anticipate challenges before they derail a project.

This interactive online workshop helped participants learn about transforming their ideas into viable business opportunities. Through expert talk, practical examples and group discussions, attendees saw how to identify market needs, define their value proposition, and assess the feasibility of their ideas.

This role involved guiding participants through the PowerUp! startup competition, ensuring smooth event flow and fostering dynamic interaction between startups and judges. As a moderator, Vedran has kept the audience engaged, facilitated discussions, and ensured the competition runs on time while highlighting innovative solutions from emerging startups.

This workshop was focused on using the most common misconseptions with Intellectual Property Rights, and breaking them. Idea was to bring this important topic of IPR closer to attendees and make them create concrete steps toward using IPR for their business.

This panel focused on challenges in the energy sector, how to support it, and provide financing for its development. Vedran presented Proof of Concept and EUREKA programs that could benefit innovative R&D companies and support them in their product/service develpoment.

Through real-world examples, participants learned how to turn innovative ideas into successful businesses.

Ideal for aspiring entrepreneurs like students and small business owners, the session covered market research, business model design, financial planning, and strategic goal setting. By the end of the workshop, attendees had easy tools and framework needed to craft a solid business plan.

The purpose of the workshop was to familiarize participants with the rights arising from a trademark, which are valid in EU, and to transfer knowledge about the possibilities of using TM rights, but also about the potential risks that, due to the extension of these rights to the Republic of Croatia after joining the EU, may arise primarily for entrepreneurs-holders of earlier rights in the Republic of Croatia who have not protected their products in a timely manner.
